I know, most of you have watched the TV Commercial, Ako Mismo and if i’m not mistaken have its second one already. We can see there several local artists giving their stands for our country.

Ako Mismo is a patriotic initiative anchored on optimism. It is a battle against indifference and the feeling that the individual is helpless. Amidst all the bad news and negativism gripping the nation, Ako Mismo provides a refreshing message of hope and empowerment. It is an apolitical and inclusive movement to energize and rejuvenate Filipinos, especially the youth, and move them to action. It is our collective desire that the action arising from our individual commitments as Ako Mismo advocates will mobilize a groundswell of change, contributing to a bright future for our country.

They have cleared that Ako Mismo is an apolitical program and not to support anyone or any group for the upcoming election. This is to invite everybody to start and to have initiative for the difference in our society. So don’t you want to be part of this unity and the impoverishment of advocacy.
